Ahmad Elrouby

Ahmad ElRouby is an experienced Cloud Engineer currently employed at RigiTech, focusing on research to establish cost-effective hybrid infrastructures for optimal performance and scalability. Previously, Ahmad contributed as a Software Engineer at The OpenROAD Project, enhancing CI/CD infrastructure and designing cloud-based microservices. Prior roles include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The American University in Cairo, where mentoring and project support were pivotal, and as a Software Engineer at Dell EMC, where innovative solutions in data management and security were explored, resulting in four patents. Ahmad's internship experience includes backend development at Connected VIP, with a focus on serverless architecture, and roles at Mentor Graphics, the Computer Science and Engineering Association AUC, and Sypron Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from EPFL and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
