Allie Gray

Allie Gray is an accomplished sailing professional with extensive experience in project management, instruction, and business ownership. Currently serving as a Project Manager at RigPro since December 2023, Allie also owned and operated Allie Gray Sailing Services since 2014, overseeing athletic programs and consulting on sail inventory needs. As a US Sailing Level 1 and Adaptive Instructor Trainer, Allie has developed training curricula for new instructors and adaptive sports programs. Previous roles include managing partnerships at Sailor and Seam, serving as a Sailmaker, and directing program development at Sail To Prevail. Allie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Florida.
