Sofia Boeg Winge is a Senior Scientist at Rigshospitalet since March 2022, previously serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the same institution and at DTU Health Tech. With extensive experience in molecular biology, Sofia's research includes projects on germ cell loss mechanisms in Klinefelter syndrome and FGFR3 signaling in spermatogenesis, utilizing techniques such as RNA-sequencing, immunohistochemistry, and laser capture microdissection. Sofia's academic journey includes a PhD in Clinical Research from the University of Copenhagen, coupled with a Cand.scient. degree in Molecular Biomedicine. Experience also includes a Master Student role at Novo Nordisk, focusing on insulin and IGF influences on cell cycle regulation.
