Niels Andree Wiltens

Niels Andree Wiltens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR, finance, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the HR-residency- en process admin at Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten since July 2018, Niels also operates NCEO Niels Coaching en Organizing, focusing on structuring workplaces and implementing software systems since April 2006. Previous roles include Senior Finance medewerker at Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and Medewerker salarisadministratie at Houthoff Buruma, along with significant experience in bookkeeping and HR advisory roles across multiple organizations. Niels holds a BSc in Sociology of Labour from the University of Amsterdam and a BA in Human Resources Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, along with a postgraduate degree from the University of Vienna.
