Raymond de Jong has a diverse work experience in various roles related to management and security. Raymond started their career in 2001 with the Regiopolitie Amsterdam-Amstelland, where they worked in different positions and ranks, including as a manager at the 112 emergency dispatch center and as a facility manager. Raymond then joined PP10 10 B.V., a private security company, where they served as a manager for two years. In 2011, Raymond worked as an intern at Twynstra Gudde, focusing on organizational development and change management. Raymond also worked for the Nationale Politie / Eenheid Amsterdam as the Deputy Head of the Project Bureau. Raymond joined the Rijksmuseum in 2015 and held various roles, including Director of HR and Head of Security Affairs.
