Carla van Bezu

Carla van Bezu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and facilities services, particularly within the healthcare and public sectors. Currently serving as Manager projectbeheersing at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf since February 2024, Carla contributes to transforming defense real estate in the Netherlands. Previously, Carla held the position of Head of Facilities & Services at NecstGen, where responsibility included overseeing a state-of-the-art facility in Leiden. With a strong background in project management from positions at Cure + Care consultancy, Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland, and Politie Nederland, Carla has demonstrated expertise in housing advice, strategic visioning, and infrastructure management. Carla’s career began in construction management with significant roles at Ziekenhuis Amstelland and BAM Bouw en Techniek. Carla holds engineering qualifications from HAN University of Applied Sciences and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
