Leonie van Ham

Leonie van Ham has extensive experience in project management, particularly within the real estate sector. Currently employed at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf since September 2014, Leonie serves as Projectmanager T&P Defensie and has held various leadership roles, overseeing significant projects related to defense real estate and implementing new processes in property transactions. Previously, Leonie worked at Belastingdienst as a Rijkstrainee focusing on tax-related real estate projects, and founded Phlox, providing consultancy and maintenance services for natural stone and ceramics. Additional roles include managing operations at BWolf, consulting for agricultural building applications, and experience as a croupier at Holland Casino. Leonie holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from Eindhoven University of Technology and has completed various programs related to tax and risk management.
