Magda Bronswijk - de Wit

Magda Bronswijk - de Wit has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as an Adviseur Leren en Ontwikkelen at Rijkswaterstaat since February 2022. Prior to this role, Magda worked at Tele'Train | Onderwijskundig advies, e-learning en training from March 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included Learning Consultant and Learning Developer, focusing on creating effective learning environments for organizational improvement. Additionally, Magda was an Assessment & Learning Consultant and Intern at Dé Nova from February 2018 to March 2019, and previously completed an internship as a Teacher at SPO Utrecht between October 2013 and June 2017. Magda holds a Master of Science in Educational Sciences from Utrecht University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Onderwijswetenschappen from Utrecht University (2013-2017).
