Patrick van der Heiden

Patrick van der Heiden is a seasoned professional dedicated to the development of youth and family specialists, currently serving as Adviseur Leren en ontwikkelen at Scala Jeugdprofessionals since July 2025. Patrick also owns De Progressiekoffer, which focuses on leveraging personal insights and resilience among helpers in the field. Additionally, as an assessor at Bureau STERK, Patrick evaluates candidate competencies and professional identities. With a rich background, having initiated Integral HRD since 2011 to support professionals in human development, and previously advising at Blijf Groep to combat domestic violence, Patrick brings extensive experience from various roles, including early career projects at The Greenery and KPN. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources management from Hogeschool Leiden and ongoing professional development in psychology.
