Valentin Descharles is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in restaurant management. Currently serving as the Pre-opening Senior Restaurant Manager for RIKAS Hospitality Group, Valentin is responsible for the pre-opening of the Eugène Eugène Kempinski hotel. Previous roles include Restaurant Manager at Twiggy by La Cantine Park Hyatt Dubai, and multiple managerial positions at Odeon signature and Lincoln Holding. Valentin's career also includes significant contributions to Groupe Café Oz, where responsibilities included Opening Manager and General Manager.
