Rebecca Borgese

Rebecca Borgese is a partner in the Securities Practice Group at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP, having held various roles at the firm since January 2015, including counsel and associate. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Rebecca served as Assistant General Counsel for Early Dispute Resolution at UBS and worked as an associate at Wilson Elser and Davidson & Grannum LLP. Rebecca began her legal career as a legal assistant at The Employment Law Group, P.C., and as a paralegal at UBS. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from New York University. Rebecca specializes in advising clients in commercial and securities litigation across state and federal courts, and possesses extensive experience in legal drafting, research, and document management.
