Brooke Figlo is an accomplished communications and operations professional with extensive experience in brand public relations and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Riley & Grey since April 2023, Brooke focuses on implementing growth strategies and guiding day-to-day operations aligned with the company’s premium wedding tools. Since November 2021, Brooke has also been an Editorial and Communications Consultant for Decent Startup, emphasizing sustainable impact in communications. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Brand Public Relations at Tuft & Needle, where Brooke played a key role in scaling the brand significantly, and Vice President of Communications at Amplify Releasing, overseeing publicity campaigns for various film releases. Brooke’s career began with foundational roles in publicity and media relations, including positions at Millennium Entertainment, BOND Strategy and Influence, and MPRM Communications, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Strategic Media from Arizona State University in 2008.
