Mick Davenport has extensive experience in Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management, currently serving as the Group SHEQ Manager at Rilmac Group since February 2015. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining systems in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, as well as ensuring compliance with EU/UK legislation and corporate policies through data collection and reporting. Prior to this role, Mick held the position of Quality & Development Team Leader at the City of Lincoln Council, focusing on health and safety training, contractor monitoring, and asbestos management. Mick's career also includes service as Chief Technician in the Royal Air Force, where a diverse range of engineering equipment was managed, and earlier as a Technical Apprentice at Ford Motor Company specializing in hydraulics and pneumatics. Education was completed at St Joseph's High School Widnes.
