Paul Fernando Figueroa Pardo Figueroa

Paul Fernando Figueroa Pardo Figueroa has extensive experience in the insurance and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Gerente de Unidad in Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since August 2019, where also acts as Asesor de Seguros. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Jefe del departamento de formación y desarrollo at Union Telecom, overseeing personnel selection and training from June 2010 to August 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Supervisor del area operativa y de capacitación at Siemens Industry US, managing strategic planning and operations from January 2006 to March 2009, as well as working as a Promotor de Servicios at America Movil Peru SAC from February 2005 to December 2006. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Commercial Management from Universidad Privada del Norte (2016 - 2019) and studied at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (1998 - 2001).
