Faysal Karagoly

Faysal Karagoly has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on process engineering and technology management. Faysal started their career at KEO International Consultants as a Summer Intern in 2012. Faysal then completed a Summer Internship at Eurogulf Industrial Suppliers in 2013. In 2014, they earned an Internship Award at the Tissue & Cell Engineering Society. Faysal joined Jaguar Land Rover in 2015, where they worked as a Process Engineer in Engine Assembly & Test until 2017. Faysal then transitioned to the role of Process Engineer in Battery Packs and later became a Senior Process Engineer in Battery Packs in 2018. In 2020, Faysal moved to Rimac Automobili d.o.o. as a Manufacturing Process & Technology Manager, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Faysal serves as the Head of Operations Strategy & Planning at Rimac Technology, starting in 2023.

Faysal Karagoly obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, and Physics at Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School from 2009 to 2011. Faysal also holds additional certifications including a Six Sigma Green Belt from Jaguar Land Rover and an APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ/APMP) - IPMA Level D from the Association for Project Management, both obtained in 2017.
