Byron Sproule

Byron Sproule has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Byron is currently the Director of Corporate Strategy & Financing at AESC, a battery technology company focused on renewable energy. Prior to this, they were a Partner at GarMark Partners, a private credit fund providing capital to middle-market companies. Byron also served as the Managing Director at The Dunning Group, a family office focused on middle market companies. Additionally, Byron has held roles as a Board Member and Consultant at Asia Coast Development Ltd and as the Chief Financial Officer & EVP at Global Cornerstone Holdings Limited. Byron has also worked as a Managing Director at ARC China Holdings Limited and Knox&Co, as well as in executive roles at JP Morgan, Jefferies & Company, and Lehman Brothers.

Byron Sproule holds an MBA in Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University. Byron obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Queen's University. Byron also pursued a degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical from Queen's University.
