Nikul Nathwani

Nikul Nathwani is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in battery process development and manufacturing. Currently serving as Battery Process Development Team Lead and Technical Lead for Battery Pack Manufacturing at Rimac Technology since January 2022, Nikul previously held positions at Rimac Automobili and MiiCare, among others. Notable roles include Manufacturing Process Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, where involvement included launching high-performance engines and implementing automated manufacturing systems. Nikul's leadership capabilities were demonstrated when selected as Team Leader during a tech accelerator program in Shenzhen. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath.
