Martez Pope, SPC 6, holds multiple Agile certifications including SSM, CSM, PSM, CSPO, KMP, and ICP-ACC, and currently serves as an Agile Coach and Sr. Scrum Master at Rimini Street since June 2023. In this role, Martez spearheads Agile transformation efforts, collaborates with senior leadership to align organizational strategies with Agile practices, and facilitates workshops to foster innovation. Previously, Martez worked at USAA from October 2019 to June 2023, delivering hands-on coaching in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, while also coaching executives and Agile leaders. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Scrum Master at L3 Technologies, Scrum Master at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Agile Technical Support Manager at Siwel Consulting, alongside military service as a Supervisor in the US Navy. Martez earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Dallas Baptist University between 2010 and 2012.
