Mike Hitsky

Mike Hitsky serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Litigation & Competition at Rimini Street since 2016. Prior experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center from 2012 to 2019, Partner at Tandem from 2013 to 2015, and Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP from 2008 to 2013. Mike also worked as a Senior Consultant at both Navigant Consulting (2004-2005) and Deloitte (2001-2003). Academically, Mike Holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business (1999-2001).
