Susan Wertz

Susan Wertz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and documentation management. Currently serving as Proposal Content Manager at Rimini Street since January 2019, Wertz collaborates with various teams to create and update content for proposals and RFX deliverables. Previously, Wertz held senior leadership roles at major technology companies, including Oracle, BEA Systems, BMC Software, Peregrine Systems, Remedy Corporation, and Triad Systems Corporation, overseeing large teams of technical writers and managing documentation processes for complex software products. Wertz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Pittsburgh, along with certificates in Technical Writing from San José State University and Technical Publications Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
