Jennifer Warner Burns

Jennifer Warner Burns has a long and varied work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2009 as a QA Analyst at Direct Response. In 2010, they became a Project Manager at Philips Healthcare, where they worked with development and business teams, rolled out projects, gathered and wrote requirements, and acted as a scrum master of a development team. In 2013, they moved to Bentley Systems as a Delivery Technical Lead. In 2015, they joined OpenArc, LLC. as a Project Manager. In 2017, they worked at Careform as a Product Manager and Senior Implementation Project Manager. Later that year, they began working at ConnectiveRx as a Director Client Technical Product Manager and Product Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Product at Rimsys Regulatory Management Software.

Jennifer Warner Burns obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania between 2000 and 2004. Jennifer then went on to the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business to obtain their Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from 2008 to 2010. In 2020, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: one in Delivering Employee Feedback and one in Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance. In 2021, they obtained a PMC Level I certification from the Pragmatic Institute.
