Carmen Cirstea (Larisa)

Carmen Cirstea has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2007 at Crowne Plaza Hotel Bucharest as a Training Coordinator. Carmen (Larisa) redesigned and delivered the Hotel Induction Program to new employees. In 2008, Carmen worked at Luxten Lighting Company as Sales & Marketing for Lux Garden Hotel Azuga 5*, where they designed and implemented sales and marketing strategies, created promotional packages, and built a database of contacts. Carmen (Larisa) also managed reservations and served as the interface between guests and hotel departments.

From 2011 to 2013, Carmen worked for Eco Eden Association and Fundatia PAEM Alba as a Trainer and Learning Facilitator, respectively. Carmen also had a role as a Co-author of certified courses at Eco Eden Association, focusing on Hotel Receptionist, Tourism Agent-Guide, and Hotel Technician training.

In 2013, Carmen joined RIN Hotels as a Training Manager & Recruiter, where they founded the Training Department. More recently, in 2018, they worked as a project-based Trainer at R4 Consultanta si Formare.

Carmen (Larisa) CIRSTEA obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Academia de Studii Economice din București. Carmen (Larisa) completed their studies from 2004 to 2008.
