Alessandro Mantegazza

Alessandro Mantegazza currently serves as the Chief Digital & Information Officer at RINA, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this, Alessandro was the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operation at Leonardo from June 2018 to June 2022. Alessandro has extensive experience in the banking sector, having acted as IT Operation Director at both Iccrea Banca and Iside from June 2016 to May 2018, and as Head of ICT Strategy & Architecture at Iccrea Holding S.p.A from January 2015 to May 2018. Alessandro began a career in IT at Iccrea BancaImpresa S.p.A., where responsibility included managing application systems from January 2001 to August 2015, with a focus on the governance of banking information systems and the lifecycle of software, as well as the management of ICT human resources.
