Masud Khokhar

Masud Khokhar currently serves as the Chief Digital and Information Officer and University Librarian at the University of Leeds, overseeing a range of libraries, special collections, public art, and galleries since April 2021. Previously, Masud held key leadership roles, including Director of Library and Archives at the University of York and Director of Learning Spaces at the University of Leeds, where responsibilities included managing substantial budgets and enhancing learning environments. Prior experience includes significant positions at Lancaster University, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and the Bodleian Libraries, with a focus on digital innovation, library strategy, and user services. Masud's education includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University and completion of an Executive Education program at Cambridge Judge Business School.
