Natalie Mica

Natalie Mica is currently the Head of Energy Yield at RINA, overseeing a global team of consultants focused on solar PV and wind performance, while also managing project timelines and quality assurance processes. Prior to this role, Natalie served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at RINA, specializing in energy yield analysis for solar PV systems and contributing to research and development projects. Previous experience includes a Research Fellow position at the University of St Andrews, where Natalie worked on high-performing solar cells and gained expertise in various experimental techniques, alongside a Ph.D. in Physics, during which research focused on solar cell performance parameters. Additional roles include a Physics Tutor at the University of St Andrews and a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where contributions were made to experimental simulations of white dwarf stars.
