Orkhan Omarov

ORKHAN OMAROV is a seasoned marine professional with extensive experience in marine surveying, shipbuilding, and consulting. Currently serving as a Marine Surveyor at RINA since November 2020, ORKHAN previously held the position of General Manager at ORO Marine & Consulting Co since February 2012. ORKHAN's background includes a role as QA/QC Group Leader at Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company from January 2017 to May 2022, along with experience as a Process Engineer and Technologist specializing in ship hull engineering. Additional roles include Lead Engineer-Technologist and Deputy Director of Quality at A&S Ship Repair & Marine Supply Ltd Co. from September 2015 to January 2017. ORKHAN's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a degree in Ship and Maritime Technology from Azerbaijan State Marine Academy.
