Frank Lucero

Frank Lucero is Rinchem’s Director of Technology. He joined Rinchem in 2016 as a Product Development Manager providing strategic oversight of their Chem-Star customer portal development. Frank brings over 20 years of information technology experience and has a diverse background in both manufacturing and logistics, with extensive experience in IT Architecture. At Rinchem, he sets IT strategy and direction and coordinates the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure supply chain management portal. Frank has an MBA from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University.
