Megan Knight

Megan Knight is an accomplished environmental planner currently employed at Rincon Consultants, Inc. since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a landscape designer at Madrone Landscapes from April 2017 to March 2021, and a GIS intern with the County of San Luis Obispo from October 2016 to April 2017, where Megan contributed to GIS projects for various departments. Additionally, as an intern at Santa Ynez Botanic Garden - Arcadia Studio from November 2015 to April 2017, responsibilities included master plan design and event coordination. A summer internship with the U.S. Forest Service in 2016 involved maintaining campsites and assisting wildlife health efforts. Prior to these roles, Megan worked as a shift supervisor at Peet's Coffee & Tea from July 2014 to August 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a study abroad experience in Marine Ecology at The University of Queensland.
