Alina Copaci

Alina Copaci has a diverse work experience in different industries. Alina started their career as an Intern at Pro TV in the Sport News Department in 2010. Alina then moved on to PwC, where they worked as an HR Assistant from November 2011 to July 2013. Following that, they joined Procer Worldwide Technical Services as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Energy, Automotive, and Shipbuilding. Alina was responsible for the full recruitment cycle and worked with both Romanian and international oil & gas companies. In 2016, Alina joined RINF Tech as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. RINF Tech is a software solutions provider with multiple capability centers across Europe. Alina later transitioned to the role of an HR Business Partner, where they worked until October 2022. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at RINF Tech.

Alina Copaci has a diverse education history. Alina obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources from the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations at the same institution from 2008 to 2011. In 2010 to 2011, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Language Studies at Katholieke Hogeschool Zuid-West-Vlaanderen. Alina started their academic journey at Colegiul National Mihai Eminescu between 2004 and 2008, where they graduated with a focus on Mathematics - Informatics.
