Alina Ilie

Alina Ilie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alina currently holds the position of Business Applications - CE Division Manager at rinf.tech since April 2021. Prior to this, Alina worked at RINF TECH for several years in various roles. Alina started as a Public Relations Consultant at Royal Bank of Scotland in October 2008 and later transitioned to a Sales & Project Management Assistant role at Human Performance & Development International in February 2012. In April 2011, they joined AIESEC Bucharest as Vice President Sales & External Relations, where they managed a team of 150 members and was responsible for revenue generation. Alina then worked at OVB as a Financial Consultant, handling sales, account management, and team management. Alina rejoined RINF TECH in August 2012 and held several roles, including Business Development Manager - EMEA, Business development & Delivery Manager - EMEA, Service Delivery Manager, and Client Engagement Manager. Throughout their career, Alina has demonstrated their expertise in client engagement, business development, sales, team management, and project management.
