Ancuta Vina

Ancuta Vina has had a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Customer Service Advisor at Capgemini. Ancuta then moved up to become a Problem Coordinator, where they conducted root cause analysis and documented workarounds for problems. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Team Manager at Capgemini, where they were responsible for the delivery of the Service Desk function and its associated SLAs. Ancuta also tracked problem trends and established corrective action plans.

Ancuta joined Conduent in 2018 as a Manager of Workforce Management, leading a team of 40+ members and focusing on performance, quality, and employee development. Ancuta also handled recruitment and onboarding.

In 2020, Ancuta worked as a Workforce Management Business Partner at 5CA, where they were accountable for deploying and implementing WFM processes and ensuring staffing levels and SLAs were met. Their role also involved forecasting, capacity planning, and managing customer satisfaction.

Ancuta then moved to Endava in 2021 as a Service Delivery Manager, leading the Applications Management team responsible for maintenance and development. Ancuta managed a team of 40 across 5 countries and was in charge of day-to-day service delivery and achieving service level targets.

In 2023, Ancuta will join rinf.tech as a Client Engagement Manager.

Ancuta Vina completed a Master's degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from 2010 to 2012. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises, Grenoble, UPMF. Prior to their master's degrees, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Ancuta Vina obtained certification in ITIL Foundation (syllabus 2011) from EXIN in December 2013.
