Grant Sha

Grant Sha is an experienced geologist with a robust background in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Division Geologist at Ring Energy, Inc. since October 2020. Previous roles include Consulting Geologist and Senior Geologist at SandRidge Energy, Senior Exploration Geologist at Novo Oil and Gas, and Senior Geologist at PayRock Energy, among others. Grant's expertise encompasses play assessment, opportunity screening in emerging tight oil plays, and significant contributions to the Williston and Permian Basins. Academically, Grant holds a Professional Masters degree in Petroleum Reservoir Systems from the Colorado School of Mines, a Master’s degree in Structural Geology from Washington State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
