Ricky Cruz has been working as a Lease Operator (Pumper) at Ring Energy, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to that, Ricky held the same position at Apache Corporation from April 2012 to February 2022. Before their time at Apache Corporation, Ricky worked as a Floorhand/Derrickman at Swabco Inc from January 2008 to March 2012.
