Berta Navarro

Berta Navarro currently serves as a Partner Management Coach at RINGANA since March 2019, focusing on the formation and development of the sales team in Mexico, implementation of business systems, and brand positioning strategies. Previously held the role of Area Manager Spain, where responsibilities included commercial strategy development, sales network training, and client retention strategies. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant and Translator at the Vienna Marriott Hotel and serving as a Front Desk Receptionist. Berta holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Applied Languages from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the University of Chicago. Berta is currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Business at UPF Barcelona School of Management.
