Catie Jones

Once a customer has purchased or licensed a number, the next stop is Catie’s desk. She assists with number porting and call plan selection and activation. She is a tireless advocate for customers, holding their hands through the process and, if needed, contacting carriers on their behalf to out issues to make sure numbers are in use as soon as possible. Catie also supports the internal team as Office Manager, making sure everyone has what they need to keep working at optimal efficiency.

Catie has had a varied career path before arriving at RingBoost. She worked in a law firm, was a construction foreman, and coordinated special events for a non-profit that brought college education to incarcerated individuals. In each position, her work ethic, determination to do what’s right, and her bubbly personality have been keys to her success.

Outside of work, Catie is an avid reader and writer, and she loves karaoke, Broadway shows and all genres of movies. She has a big family and tons of friends, and she enjoys get-togethers and exploring new restaurants.
