Ben Purton

Ben Purton is a seasoned professional in sales enablement with extensive experience in leading teams and driving revenue-generating functions. Currently serving as Senior Director at RingCentral, Ben has successfully built a best-in-class enablement structure that utilizes a data-driven approach to enhance sales performance and productivity across international markets, including EMEA and APAC. In addition to leadership roles at RingCentral, Ben contributes as a board member for the Revenue Enablement Society and serves as an ambassador for the Sales Enablement Collective. With a strong educational background, including degrees from top institutions like the University of Oxford and LSE, Ben also holds the title of FIDE Master in chess and has captained the Grantham Sharks chess team for over 16 years.
