Shahram Mangouri

Shahram Mangouri is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Director, Legal - Product Counsel at RingCentral since December 2017. Shahram has held multiple roles within RingCentral, progressing from Corporate Counsel to Senior Director. In addition, Shahram founded MangouriLaw, a law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to businesses in the Charlotte area. Previous positions include Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel at CellTrust Corporation and Contract Coordinator at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare. Shahram’s legal career began as a student prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office and included internships at Rue La La and the Office of the New York Attorney General. Shahram holds a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northeastern University.
