Valentina Krupnova

Valentina Krupnova has extensive work experience in project management and software engineering. Valentina is currently serving as the Principal Project Manager at RingCentral since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Genesys for a total of 14 years, holding the positions of PMP, Principal Project Manager from 2014 to 2021, and PMP, Sr. Project Manager from 2007 to 2014. Valentina also worked at Genesys - An Alcatel-Lucent Company as a QA Manager from 1999 to 2007. Valentina began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at the Institute of Software Systems of NAS of Ukraine and worked there from 1982 to 1996.

Valentina Krupnova holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.' In addition to their education, they have obtained certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in December 2008, and as a SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2017.
