Vladimir Shvets

Vladimir Shvets is a seasoned professional in software quality assurance and opera performance. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Developer at RingCentral since July 2024, Vladimir previously held the position of Tech Lead Test Engineer at Mitel from September 2017 to July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Engineer at ShoreTel and a part-time position as a Chorister at the Metropolitan Opera from August 2003 to September 2019. Additionally, Vladimir began a career in the arts as an Opera Singer with the Washington National Opera from 1997 to 2003. Vladimir holds a Graduate Performance Diploma in Opera from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master's degree in Opera and Musical Theatre from the State Institute of Theater Arts (GITIS).
