Maurício Jacobs has a solid education history with a focus on business administration, financial management, and mechanical engineering. Maurício obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, graduating between 2007 and 2009. Prior to this, they completed a specialization in Business Administration at Universidade da Região de Joinville from 1999 to 2000.

Their foundational education in mechanical engineering was completed at Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, where they graduated between 1992 and 1998. Maurício also holds a Técnico em Mecânica degree from Sociesc, specializing in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician, earned from 1988 to 1992.
