Jake Steele has been with Ringgold Telephone Company (RTC) since August 2020, serving as a Network Support Technician and previously as a Customer Support Technician. In these roles, Jake has utilized software tools such as Metaswitch, WordPress, Calix (CMS and Cloud), eLations+, and SDP Admin. Responsibilities include router, modem, and mesh configuration, troubleshooting equipment, ensuring customer support and satisfaction, and provisioning internet and telephone services. Prior to these positions, Jake gained experience as a Customer Support Assistant intern at RTC from September 2019 to March 2020. Jake completed education at Heritage High School.
