Head Of Subscribers Growth at Ringier Axel Springer Polska

Ewa Soroka has a diverse work experience in the media and advertising industry. Ewa started their career in 2009 as an Account Executive at 3 BEE Advertising Company, where they sold advertisements for an automotive newspaper. Ewa then worked as a Product Manager at Ringier Axel Springer Media AG from 2011 to 2014, focusing on traffic acquisition and developing channels to acquire traffic for Fakt.

In 2014, Soroka joined Media Impact Polska as a Project Sales Executive, where they were responsible for implementing the advertising budget for various websites. Ewa created offers and implemented projects for b2b clients, combining multiple media brands.

In 2016, they rejoined Ringier Axel Springer Polska as a Business Development Manager and later became the Head of Fakt.pl. In this role, Soroka took on the responsibility of business development for Fakt.pl, initiating projects to increase the number of users and diversify sources of income.

Most recently, Soroka served as the Digital Product Director at Ringier Axel Springer Polska from 2020 to 2021, before taking on their current role as the Head of Subscribers Growth. In this role, they focus on developing the subscription model for various publications and executing strategies to acquire and retain customers.

Ewa Soroka obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management and Marketing from SGGW between 2006 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Music School from 1993 to 2003, specializing in violin and piano.
