David Warden

David Warden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT industry. David is currently working as an IT Lead at Ringtail Interactive, where they manage different aspects of IT, including Azure, hardware, licenses, network, security, and software/hardware review. Prior to this, David was the Founder of GrumpyGaming.net, a gaming website. David has also worked as a Team Leader Service Desk at Advania and Modis, where they managed major incidents for customers and handled operational tasks for the service desk. David has held positions such as Service Desk Analyst at EVRY Sverige, IT Consultant at Wise IT and Experis Sweden, and Community Manager at fire.vampirism.eu. David has also gained experience as an IT Support Technician through internships at SSAB. David's skills include Active Directory administration, Exchange administration, and incident handling through ITIL processes.

David Warden's education history includes obtaining a Yrkeshögskoleexamen (Vocational Degree) in Kommunikation och Systemtekniker (Communication and System Technician) from Lernia Yrkeshögskola - KST12. This took place from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they attended Gripenskolan in Nyköping, where they received a Students Degree in the Electricity and Computers Program.

Additionally, David Warden has obtained a certification in "Setting up ITSM Projects in Jira Service Management" from Atlassian in September 2022.
