Sadie Walton is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as a Coffee Buyer and Quality Manager at Ringtons Ltd since January 2019 and as a Postgraduate Researcher at Liverpool John Moores University working towards a PhD in Global Value Chains and Ethical Trade. Previously, Sadie held the position of Director of Commercial Development and Finance (interim) at Brunswick Organic Nurseries Limited and worked as a Green Coffee Quality Specialist at Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate. Additional experience includes roles as a Coffee Consultant at Slave To The Grind and as the Founder, Roaster, and Green Buyer at York Coffee Emporium. Sadie also owned La Cremeria Coffee House for four years. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in International Business from York St. John University and a Bachelor of Science in Archaeology from the University of Leicester, along with an SCAE Diploma.
