Charlie Brown

Charlie Brown is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Forterra. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Oldcastle from September 2003 to September 2017. Before that, they were the VP Controller - Chemicals at Vulcan Materials Company from September 1996 to September 2003. Charlie Brown started their career at PPG Industries in July 1990, where they held various positions including treasury, cost accounting, IT system design, controller and financial analyst, before taking on the role of Manager, Corporate Financial Analysis. In this role, they were responsible for investor relations, internal reporting and support for the CFO. Charlie Brown is a graduate of PPG's management development program.

Charlie Brown has a MBA in Finance from Northwestern University and a BA in International Economics from The George Washington University.
