Perry McGuire

Perry McGuire has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Perry is currently the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Rinnai America Corporation, a position they have held since January 2020. Before that, Perry worked at Smith, Gamb from May 2011 to January 2020, where they served as a Partner and specialized in Corporate, Franchise, and Governmental Affairs. Perry briefly held the role of Partner in the same company in May 2011. Prior to Smith, Gamb, Perry worked as a Corporate, Franchise, and Governmental Affairs Counsel at Taylor English Duma LLP from July 2007 to May 2011. Perry also had a significant tenure with Chick-fil-A, where they served as a Corporate Attorney from October 1996 to November 2004. Additionally, Perry had a career in politics and was a State Senator in the Georgia State Senate from June 1993 to December 1996.

Perry McGuire has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Georgia State University. Perry also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Valdosta State University.
