Henry Simon has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success for Rinsed. In 2021, they joined MURAL as an Enterprise Account Manager, Governments and a founding team member. From 2016 to 2021, Simon worked at Yext in various roles, including Senior Analyst, Global Bid Desk, Senior Client Support Specialist, Premier Support, Client Success Manager, Mid-Market, Enterprise Support Specialist, and Client Support Specialist. In 2015, they were an intern at JDH Sourcing/JDH Toys. In 2014, they were a Campus Tour Guide at Bates College, an Administrative Intern at Active Kidz Shanghai, and a Club Promoter at Sino Group. Finally, from 2006 to 2014, they were the Head Water Safety Instructor and Assistant Swim Coach at Chappaqua Swim & Tennis Club.

Henry Simon completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy Major and Chinese Minor from Bates College in 2016. During their time at Bates College, they also took part in two study abroad programs, at CET-Beijing and CIEE-Shanghai, to further their knowledge in Chinese language and culture. Henry began their education in 2008 at Horace Greeley High School. Additionally, in October 2019, they obtained the RFPIO Content Lifecycle Certification from RFPIO Inc.
