Jabari Archer, SPHR, has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2012. Jabari began their career as a Community Advocate for the Cornell Office of Academic Diversity Initiatives in 2012, followed by an internship with the Cornell ILR Human Capital Development Department in 2013. In 2012, they also had a Shadow (Human Resources) role with General Motors. In 2015, they were an Enforcement Intern with the EEOC. In 2016, they were a Recruitment Team Member with The Statler Hotel, a Human Resources Specialist with Anything Amusing Entertainment, and an Intern with CJPM Law Firm. In 2017, they were a Business Development Specialist with Dana Motors, Ltd. From 2019 to 2022, they held roles as a Support Specialist and Associate Client Support Specialist with Yext, and currently holds the role of Client Success Associate with Rinsed.

Jabari Archer, SPHR has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, where they studied Industrial and Labor Relations from 2012 to 2018. Jabari also holds a High School Diploma from Staten Island Tech High School, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012.
