Cesar Romero

Cesar Romero, M.Ed., currently serves as an Adjunct Counselor for Extended Opportunity Programs & Services at Fullerton College and a Student Equity Adjunct Counselor at Rio Hondo College. With a background in educational counseling, Cesar has previously held various roles including Outreach and Recruitment Specialist and Student Success Coach at Long Beach City College, where support was provided to men of color in navigating academic challenges. As the founder of Cesar Photography, a freelance photography business, Cesar specializes in capturing high-quality portraits and managing all aspects of the business's online presence. Cesar's educational credentials include a Master of Education in Educational Counseling from USC Rossier School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature with a minor in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton.
