Ben Allen

Ben Allen has over a decade of experience in the mining and technology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Information Systems and Technology at Rio Tinto since January 2011. Through various roles, including Specialist Operational Readiness and Senior Engineer for Production Systems, Ben has developed expertise in system analytics, autonomous haulage, wireless network management, and Linux programming. Prior to joining Rio Tinto, experience as a Team Supervisor at Mining Technicians Group Australia and as an Auto Electrician at Deering Autronics North provided additional skills in project leadership and technical support. Ben's comprehensive background in production systems and mining technologies positions him as a valuable asset in operational readiness and system support.
